About our hiring process ?
That’s why ORINOX hiring process is an important part of our culture. We know hiring processes can seem overwhelming, but we don’t want you to feel overwhelmed at ORINOX. We want all candidates – from entry level to leadership – to have access to the same information and resources.
Focus on jobs which excite you and match your skills. To start, search for interesting jobs. You can search by location, business category or keywords. Once you’ve found something interesting, click the “Apply Now” button.
You can start the online application process by uploading your resume or CV.
Then add a few more details and click ‘Submit’.
Our recruitment team will review your application for the advertised role, and see if other vacant roles match your profile. You should hear from us within two weeks.
If your application looks like you match the profile we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to complete a few tests and participate in a phone interview. These tasks help us better understand your skills, experience and motivations, and check your expectations meet ours.
The next stage is to meet our team of recruiters – including our HR team and your future managers – at a series of interviews. Depending on the position you apply for, you might be asked to complete skills tests.
You’ve been selected. . Your appointment will be confirmed by your hiring manager, and we will send you a contract to review and sign. An HR member will answer any questions you might have.
