antoine fosse 2 ConvertImage 2When did you joined Orinox ?

I joined Orinox the 19th of July as a Business Manager and I am currently based in the Châteaubriant headquarters. I am in charge of the Northwest area but I also work for the Paris area.

What is your professional career ?

I started to discover the engineering world as I used to work in a recruitment agency and I was specialized in IT profiles. Then I had a similar job experience in an engineering consulting company.

How did you discover Orinox and why did you decide to join the team ?

I discovered Orinox when I was working in the recruitment field because it is a company I had prospected various times. Last year when I started to look for new professional opportunities, I have been contacted by a recruitment agency which offered me this job of Business Manager. The name « Orinox » clicked in my head and I immediately remembered what they do. Then I met the recruitment team as well as Maxime Fourreau. I very well projected myself in the company culture and in the sector.

Can you explain your job ?

My main goal is to animate the commercial relationship with our clients based in the Northwest and in the parisian area. I manage a team of 20 people spread over these two areas. I have regular contact with our clients to review their needs and suggest them appropriate solutions, whether it be in terms of technical assistance, of response to price study or products and services developed by Orinox. I also take part in the recruitment process of our employees, do sourcing and participate to candidate interviews.

What do you prefer in your missions ?

What I like the most is the diversity of my daily missions. I don’t have a sedentary job, I move on a regular basis. I work as much in the office on basic subjects as I go to meet the clients to talk to them about the ongoing project. My tasks are pretty varied, therefore I never feel bored.

How would you like your activity to evolve ?

If the activity is currently based in Paris, my main role is to make the Western region live. I wish to continue to make this sector grow and why not think about expanding the scope of activity of our clients.

How was your integration at Orinox ?

I arrived at this position for a replacement. Therefore, I had the chance to work for two months with my predecessor before she left. She took the time to explain the processes, the interlocutors, the clients’ profiles but she also introduced me to the team, so my integration was easier. Whether it be the support team or the one that I manage, everyone gave me a great welcome.

What do you prefer at Orinox ?

I would say that it is the culture of the company. We intervene on very specific sectors and we are immersed in high technology. But Orinox still is a SME, which definitely works well, but which still keeps its human aspect. We are also known as experts on our (niche) sector by our clients who know us as the company specialized in AVEVA solutions.

Do you have an advice for someone who would like to apply for a job at Orinox ?

To work at Orinox, it is necessary to be open-minded but also to be familiar with the sector of cutting-edge technologies. We discover solutions we barely see anywhere else but that Orinox masters well, like augmented virtual reality. You also have to be interested in our clients, to understand their needs very well and be able to accommodate different sectors and environments that are very much diversified (oil, agri-food, energy sector…).

Since he joined Orinox, almost a year ago, Antoine starts to have hindsight upon his activity « I am very happy of my job and to be a part of this company, and I hope it is going to keep going like that ! »

Let’s wish him more success and evolution in his projects !
