ORINOX is meeting young engineers

10/08/18

On the 11th of October 2018, ORINOX participates to the “2018 companies forum” of the Léonard de Vinci University in Paris.

For the first time, ORINOX participated to the “2018 companies forum” of the Léonard de Vinci University in Paris, in order to meet students from the ESILV, the engineering school of Paris-La Défense.

The ESILV offers training based on digital technologies, and four big majors: Computer science, Mechanics, Energy, and Finance.

Our recruitment officer Marina GAUDIN along with our managers France David GOMEZ and Alexandre HENNERONT presented and met futures recruits for ORINOX.

Specialised on AVEVA PDMS/E3D, ORINOX is a partner of companies in the industrial sector and the largest French engineering companies. That is why our goal during this forum is to recruit young engineers in order to train them to the program for AVEVA PDMS/E3D. It enables them to then manage projects in-house or join consulting teams directly on-site with our clients. This training is provided in-house by an AVEVA PDMS expert. This immediate immersion helps them quickly acquire skills and autonomy thanks to an exchange of knowledge and methods. This is also a way for new team members to become familiar with ORINOX policy and ways of working. This is key to create good working conditions and impulse dynamism. This moment is key since it is the moment for a new team member to become familiar with the company’s policy and working habits. This is key to create good working conditions and impulse dynamism.

Haythem KAMOUN and Fouad BAKKOUCH, two engineers employed by ORINOX, were also there to present the company and their jobs. It was the opportunity for Fouad BAKKOUCH to come back to his school: the ESILV.

We are very happy about the “2018 companies forum” of the Léonard de Vinci University in Paris. Our teams met very good profiles and potential trainees.
